How we list

Figures first, photograph second.

A photograph flatters almost anything. Aurinest Collective puts the measurement, the pack count and the material at the top of the page, then shows the picture. Where a supplier does not give us a figure, we leave it out rather than estimate it. Orders are packed and dispatched by us from Indore; we are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

Free on orders over ₹999. A flat ₹49 applies below that, shown before checkout is completed.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST leave the same working day.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no extra fee.
Can I return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. The request has to reach us inside that window; the parcel does not.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photographs of the parcel and its contents within 48 hours. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Do you issue a GST tax invoice?
No. Aurinest Collective is not registered for GST, as the business is below the applicable registration threshold, so no invoice carrying a registration number can be issued. Nothing is added to an order as GST.
