This page explains how an order from Aurinest Collective reaches you, what delivery costs, and how long it usually takes.
We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.
Where orders ship from
Orders are packed and dispatched by us from Indore. Our business and order fulfilment address is A/69, near NEW JANTA GARDEN STUDIO, DDU Nagar, Sukhliya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452010, India.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above: delivery is free.
- Orders below that amount: a flat ₹49 applies.
- Cash on Delivery does not carry an additional fee.
- The product price is shown on the product page. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.
How long delivery takes
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST are handed to the courier the same working day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or on a non-working day, are dispatched the next working day.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier delays, weather and local restrictions can extend them.
Tracking
When the parcel is handed over, we send the tracking details to the email address and phone number on the order. The Order ID is the reference for the order with us; the tracking number is the courier’s own reference.
Serviceability
Some PIN codes are not served by our courier partners, and Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and PIN codes. If a PIN code cannot be served we contact you and refund any prepaid amount.
If a parcel is delayed or does not arrive
Write to [email protected] or call +91 9303333353 with the Order ID. Customer service hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST. We trace the consignment with the courier and tell you what we find.
