This page explains what Aurinest Collective collects when you shop here, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.
What we collect
- Name, delivery address, phone number and email address — needed to deliver an order and to contact you about it.
- Order details — what was bought, the amount, and the payment method chosen.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or the contact form.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, and essential cookies that keep the cart and checkout working.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not collect payment card numbers — UPI is completed in your own banking app and Cash on Delivery is settled with the delivery agent.
Why we hold it
To process and deliver orders, to handle returns and refunds, to answer enquiries, and to keep the records a business is expected to keep.
Who else sees it
We share only with the service providers needed to operate the store, deliver orders, process payments and provide hosting, or where disclosure is required by law. Couriers receive the delivery address and phone number because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and for any longer period required by law.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
- Withdraw consent where the processing is based on consent.
Indian data protection law
This policy is written with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the rules made under it. We describe these laws rather than quote them.
